Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of staff including webmaster, desiners, analysts and support specialists.

• Consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements.

• Managing IT budgets.

• Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures.

• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that that they operate reliably.

• Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in IT, preferably a major such as computer science, information technology or management information systems.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and reward and recognize to generate superior performance.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills across various organizational levels, including senior management.

• Excellent analysis, planning, and organizing skills.
